New Announcer pack

[GLoups!]

New voice packs (announcer of Reward, Status ...) for UT2004 combining the voice of UT3, UT2003 and UT99.
Specially arranged for the ONS, meaning that the boring voices " node destroyed, buildind node etc..." have been replace by something a little less painful for hearing,
I made it with the UT2K4 Announcer Packager because I thought than most of players do not use the standart one because of this.
There's an English and a French version, don't know why but the english version of UT3 announcer is far away the most restricted language (five times less) than the others.
To install:
Place the .u and .ucl files in the System directory of Unreal Tournament 2004 and choose it in the audio settings.

Nice new sounds!

I usually play with minimal announcements, but I tried it with all announcements using your voice pack tonight. It was nice. I think the female voice sounds a bit robotic. And some of the male announcements made me jump (suddenly he yelled "VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER!"). But all in all, it's very nice. Good work!

The majority of the sounds is from ut3 which i use anyway, also the lack of xxx node destroyed is distracting for me, i got used to it way too much
