Do the "yes" votes need to outweigh the "no" votes or both the "no" and the "don't care" votes?

It actually won. It would also have won when no one would have voted at all as when there is a tie, the yes overweights. See the linked rules. =D

Did it win before or after the 20th? Because I checked it before the 20th and I think it had only 2 yes votes. I'll put it on next week anyway, but I think we should change the rules to include a minimum number of yes votes, because these results are kinda meh.

Its like voting maps on the ONS server. 32 players and 3 vote for a map....IT WINS!
