It seems on the redirect. I compared the hash with the one I have and it's the same. May just a connection jump.

Sorry, I've no recollection of this specific issue or how it was ever solved (necessary package assets probably just got myLevel'd). The only piece of info I can offer is that trying to export texture assets from JumpShipTextures.utx via the ucc batchexport command produces a GPF error and halts my script without actually outputting any resource above 0 bytes in size, so this package could be the product of some legacy or buggy/out-of-date UT bundling program, thus breaking support for any secondary game behaviour beyond being opened and indexed by the engine, which could lead to faulty automatic (de)compression handling.

Then again, this file comes together with AS-BP2-Jumpship.ut2, JumpShipObjects.usx and A_Announcer_BP2.uax, and the rest of 'em have no similar extraction issue, so all the above is just conjecture.
