The main issue that I see is that his family may not speak English, so I would suggest to ask one of our players who speaks Hungarian to translate a little message, which one of us would write on a nice card, and then maybe make a list of players on the other side of the card.
I think collecting cards from everyone could be very difficult and take a long time, so instead everyone could sign up here for having their username on the card (or real name, if comfortable with that), maybe with the country they are from.
What do you think? I could go out and look for a card, but I have to see if I can find one without German text...
