Use of zoneportals and antiportals can help =)

Take a look if something is in your log. Log writing slows the game massively down.

I still get framedrops on my UT2004, but only on some maps. Rail, Sektor 8 per example. It goes down to 30-40 fps but not after some minutes, as soon as some players fight, it is not playable anymore in some areas of the map.
"why not on spambox, on the slap-maps etc.?" i often ask people... and i get no answer.
As i said, the more players join the more drops i get. I tried most of your ideas, but i still don't know how to figure out with the /stat all what sucks the most pc-performance because most of the display is kinda cryptic for me as i am the typical "only player"

.
You got an idea what displays are essential to read out in the /stat all command?
And how to disable mutators and where?
My hardware can't be the reason, it's kinda new (2 years or so) and extremely good cooled and i have a good allround-performance.

Try play that map with bots. If fps drops, enter stat all command and make a screenshot. Compare it with screenshot in game with humans. I thing the problem is AI or physics on badly optimized map - the game accumulates dynamic objects or so during long match.
However, may be reinstall of the game may help. If you have a copy of the game on another PC or USB hard drive (as me

), try play it. Or make new clean install and play it.
