I have a relatively old CD (from 2002) that we listen to in the car occasionally. It's the album "Different" by Kate Ryan, a Belgian singer that makes dance music.
I believe that she became popular with this song:
Kate Ryan - Désenchantée
I also enjoy her English songs a lot:
Kate Ryan - Free Your Mind
If you enjoy this kind of music, you will like the entire album.

Old? You call a 2002 CD old??EmanReleipS wrote:I have a relatively old CD (from 2002)

My oldest CD is from 1985: Brothers in Arms by the Dire Straits. And this CD really is still functional

Gonna see the mastermind of the Dire Straits, Mark Knopfler, live very soon (June 25th in Hamburg, anyone wants to join me?):
What I like most about Knopfler aside from his almost always very positive and melodic songs would be his humble attitude: Knopfler quietly dissolved Dire Straits in 1995 and said he did not miss the global fame that came his way at the height of the band's success. "It just got too big," he revealed at the Hay Literary Festival. "If anyone can tell me one good thing about fame, I'd be very interested to hear it."
Edit:
As you certainly know, Miauz, Sultans of Swing was Dire Straits' very first hit single in 1978 (written by Mark Knopfler of courseMiauz55555 wrote:Sultans of Swing (metal cover by Leo Moracchioli feat. Mary Spender):

Well it's a remake from Mylene Farmer, pity that a party seems censored but there must be more on youtube.EmanReleipS wrote:I have a relatively old CD (from 2002) that we listen to in the car occasionally. It's the album "Different" by Kate Ryan, a Belgian singer that makes dance music.

Somehow I didn't follow up on London Grammar after getting their debut album and I'm discovering their newer songs just now. I absolutely love them as well.
