Elect, would it be possible for it to be more than 2 days? With peeps arriving from other countries it might be a bit short if it's just a weekend. But it all depends on what is possible for you.

Well, it all depends on whether my job gives me holidays (or I get another job without those days I need to work), but it's likely that I wouldn't be given holidays in mid-September. Putting it to the beginning of October would be better for me since if I ask them a month in advance, they pretty much have no choice but to give it to me, but I can always ask if you guys prefer to do it in September.
