I was thinking of taking the ferry to Rotterdam and then driving. In which case I'd get to Hamburg on the Friday and travel back on the Monday.

Yep, no problems

For me it depends on how long other people would like to go and as long as it is convenient for you elect.
I could come as early as thursday afternoon and have to be back before tuesday afternoon.
So anything inbetween that is good for me.

Will probably travel by train.

Anyway, I have 2 rooms, where I can offer a double bed + an air bad, the others should bring some sleeping bags ^^

Ema, you said you can stay by your brother, in case we are too many, would it be possible to take some other guests with you?

I talked to my bro and he said he has 2 sleeping spaces (1 sofa + one guest bed) available, so apart from me 1 other person can sleep at his place.

Edit: Also, we have been invited by CrazySacrifice to have the next LAN party (after this one) at his place in Tunisia.

The first week of October should be good for me. I might get transferred to another store (Ireallyfuckinghopeso) so I haven't been able to book holidays yet but I had a look over the holiday rota and there was only one other person off on that weekend so I imagine they would give it to me. I'll press them if they don't. In other words, I should have that whole week off so I can arrive at any time.
