One of my favorite melodies. Also makes a great soundtrack for UT (while riding a manta).
(Took me a long time to find the version that I have on my PC, though. So this was in GTA Vice City? That explains a lot. I was listening to the in-game radio station that played this song.)

Some old:
Manfred Mann: Fox on the run
Some new:
The Offspring: Coming For You
Some Cover.
Metallica: Tuesdays Gone
Some nice.
Social Distortion: When The Angels Sing
Miauzi, "The Blood of Cuchulainn" is a great song! Glad someone shared it here. Btw, I know the girl with the violin that covered that song from some game music covers that she made.
Mumford & Sons - Believe
Starts really slow, but picks up later on around the 2-minute mark. The video is really pretty, too (even though the left-side traffic freaks me out).
I recently had some time to watch a new anime, called "Charlotte" (recommended by Zony and another friend). It's made by KEY, a company that also produced my favorite anime of all times, "Angel Beats!". The anime itself has a great soundtrack, beautiful artwork and a nice twist to the plot. The opening is sung by Lia, one of my favorite Japanese singers (and who also sang the opening for Angel Beats). The ending song sounds nicely cheerful. There is also a great band playing in the anime that is part of the story (just like in Angel Beats) with the same singer as in Angel Beats (who is another one of my favorite Japanese singers).....
Lia - Bravely You (Charlotte Opening, short version)
Aoi Tada - Yake Ochinai Tsubasa (Charlotte Ending, full version)
And here's the "in-anime" band, Zhiend. They are a post-rock band. Here is a video with short parts from 4 of their songs to give you an idea of their sound. Seems Zhiend will release an album on October 14th. I will buy it!
Zhiend - Fallin' / Blood Colour / Scar on Face / Clouded Sky
Zhiend's songs are all in English, but you can also find the Japanese version of some of their songs in Japanese if the accent of the singer bothers you.
