Some might not even know her name anymore, although she was called the voice and conscience of her generation: the fabulous Joan Baez.

BTW, Joan Baez and Bob Dylan were lovers once. If she wouldn't have pulled him onto stage back then, who knows, he might not be as popular now. And might not got the Nobel Prize either .

When I first heard it I was thinking to myself "who keeps saying my name?"

I guess being called "Thunder" over a long period of time just kicks my brain into this cognitive process of association and familiarity
