Seems the Sunday afternoon ,evening matches can be quite competitive especially on Stonewall!
THE PROS: Salko. E bola. Swampca! all on one team with newer but ferocious players ASD and Tarzan. Whadda team stack! it made me want to log in and out until I got on there team....but I didnt
The Joes: had Furn and Quadria for there side and of course yours truely taking up the middle slot of the team. Secret tip the closer old Joe gets to the middle of the team rank the more chance of winning. I was actually ranked! 254th that fateful day.
Fun times were had by all and sadly I did not get my ONE E bola kill per match.

From the numbers that match looks pretty even. And the team you was on won that match. Nearly a full server with 31 players.

Different look at it: The red team has 3 players in the top ten ranking. Quad on the blue team is the only one in the top 30. thats using your own CEONSS stat server.
I do agree that having Thundercat on our team enhanced the "look" of the team. He is a hottie.
I can add in the rankings of each player if you want but the rankings move by the hour so it would not be accurate to this map at this time.

Joe, I'm glad you make use of the statistics, but you shouldn't pay too much attention to the ranking part. It's pretty easy to drop from the highest places - just few rounds when you weren't playing the whole round, and so achieved lower score than normally should, whether that may be because you joined late, you were disconnected, game crashed, etc. It's not necessarily that people in top of the ranking are much better, it's they are consistent in matches they are playing.
Furthermore, with this number of players, one or two top players in a team aren't really gamechangers. It would be a different story if that match was 5v5 or 6v6, but not really this number.
Lastly, since your team won it's kind of obvious you were on a better team. Besides, just look at the scoreboard you pasted, pretty much all players from blue team had higher scores than their corresponding red player.
But if you want to feel like an underdog who finally won, well be my guest

Just don't take it against me if I won't share your point of view.

Just to add onto what widurr said, while the rankings give you an interesting outlook on the overall skill of players, it's not totally reliable and fluctuates quite a lot depending on who you are playing against and how seriously you are playing. For example, I chose to only use scorpion as much as I could in
this match and my rank plummeted.
In any case, the balancer has no knowledge of the rankings and, as far as I can recall, only stores PPHs over (I believe) a 30 day period, which tends to be a more accurate represenation of skill levels on the server than the rankings. Unfortunately or perhaps fortunately, this is not visible, so it's not always clear how it decides how the teams should be, but, on the whole, I think it works well.

Daly just to respond to the stats part. I don't think your points per match change that much. I rarely see anyone loose or gain more than 30 points a match. So once you get to the top ten,180 pts average lets say. Loosing 30 pts isnt going to knock you down a lot. Like today I had 60 pts! but one bad game I lost almost 20 so that really hurts the lower rung players. I follow Bones quit a bit and his points didnt go plus or minus 10 pts all day so hence his rank is still top ten.
I think thats the problem with ELO scoring over all and why its been tweaked over the years.
Problem with using PPH is again is if you are on the winning team your PPH is almost always higher than on the loosing team. Even if your like me a not so good player.

I don't really know the algorithms standing behind that ranking, but it hurts more the higher you are. E.g.having 180pts you may be even in top half and still loosing points after a match while players beneath you gain. You could sort of say that the ranking is expecting more of you the higher you are

You gain significantly less and you lose more. This is an opposite to when you are at the bottom of the ranking.
So you really need to put an effort to each match to be able to stay at the top. For me staying in top 10 sucked the fun out of this game, so I decided to don't give a crap about this relative and what would look like - arbitrary ranking. If anything counts, it's my personal one.
Bottom line is - just play and have fun, and try to treat rankings as approximate point of reference of your skill level, instead of a goal itself

Cheers.
