I can change sound settings as i want, everytime i click another option in the sound option list the sound volume gets normal again. but everytime i restart ut2004 i get really low volume, while my machine's volume is simply loudest. (i always control volume using hardware wheel on speaker)

Some more guys had this? what to do to solve?

this problem appeared since you run UT on windows7, right? If so, run it as admin, set your volume and it should be stored.

I fixed it this week by disabling the putting down of volume automaticly for certtain apps...somewhere in windows was this function..
