Does your PC have a Gigabyte motherboard, specifically a B450M-DS3H?
You are in luck. You may be able to simply go into the BIOS and disable Trusted Computing, also known as Trusted Platform Module 2.0 (TPM 2.0). It worked for me. No more being harassed to update to Windows 11. When I am ready to upgrade, I can simply go into the BIOS and re-enable Trusted Computing.
Another option is to simply not update the BIOS like I foolishly did. I should have stopped at BIOS update F61 but I went all the way to BIOS update F64. I think that BIOS update F62 is what started it for me. But I was young and foolish then. I am a bit wiser now.
I can hear some of you asking, why wouldn't I want to upgrade to Windows 11? Because I don't know what the consequences might be. I mean, UT2004 might stop working and who here wants that?

I think that this is the Gigabyte motherboard BIOS update that started it all:
