You switched to the winning team nearly every single match ever since I know you on the server. That's lame and annoying. Besides you were always
shouting and insulting your team and kick voting others regularly without reason. All in all that's a behaviour not to be tolerated.
Here is a short sample that shows how it came to the ban:
