Are these models officially endorsed and force-downloaded by the server or what?

the flood infection was downloaded by me, but i dont remember ever downloading that stupid looking robot, dont even know its name to delete it from my textures map, to see if its on the server. its not in my characters list, so probably not downloaded by me

I've see this tex before in unrealed, but ithought its one of the modded bender textures, deleted it, its not from Ceonss
