I append the Requested Demo for FunkyMonk,

I played two maps against him tonight and in SpankJox I was pretty stunned, especially when you could hardly see players he instantly made hits. Lots of head shots too.

I went spec and started a demo, instantly some headshots and multi kill. Another scene is versus the end of the match even though I alerted him that I have a demo. Again 2 headshots almost in a row and almost every shot a hit. I hope you can watch the demo, I had problems especially at the beginning it is not starting at funkymonk, but could be my rypelcam which is interfering together with the AntiTCC. But the demo works.

This alone is definitly not proof that he is cheating, but it is an indicator to watch him closely. Maybe you have other observations already done.

His behaviour and his style of gaming, esp. movement and aiming always appeared to me as a normal pro player skill, not as cheating. When you are really good in ut you often get accused because lower skilled players never could imagine one could place this many hits and headshots. Many people never pla tam p.e. As i am good on ceonss and also often got accused, on tam servers i am dead within seconds against nearly every player there. And flausch: you alredy said he hit with.NEARLY every shot. I know many who do so

I'm almost sure there is no cheat, I already play against a player using an aimbot, and it was the 99%-100% accuracy, already play against him, he has an excellent aim somedays but not automatic...

Yeah, as I said It's definitly not the kiddie-aimbot, and as I said its not prove on its own - but I havent seen many players on this level, not in TAM either, I myself have an accuracy of 20 - 25 % on LG in good conditions agaist average enemies, I used a trigger once in the far past and I can tell you that you don't hit every shot with a trigger, and if you want to hide it you dont make 50% hits. The server decides if its a hit and not the client. Pixel kills happen, but they are unlikely, and you cannot reproduce them. I watched him today again, nothing too suspicious, but he also had only 300PPH today.

I was asked to post the demo, thats what I have done. I did not say he cheats, but he must have had quite a day yesterday.

His movement btw is not that "pro-style" as his "hit-scan" ability.

Common misconception: "aimbot or triggerbot always hits"
It is true that such tools can get close to 100% accuracy in low-ping situations, but if enemy movement is sufficiently chaotic even bots with ping compensation tend to miss when their ping is a bit higher. Also as mentioned above, the more advanced bots have configuration options for lowering the accuracy to appear more human-like. Still, good players can get an accuracy twice as good as yours, FunkyMonk.

I have recorded a demo about him twice, but couldn't get a 100% proof that he's cheating. he does have sometimes some miraculous shots but it's not enough. this demo is not showing too much, he got some good shots but on stationary targets. People don't really use aimbots on this server. there are those who use wallhack *cough-Ebola-cough*, but it's freaking hard to prove on a huge ons map.

Well then I think we all agree this is not enough to justify a ban. Our ingame admins also confirmed he's been watched a couple of times, he seems to be clean.

By the way, one of the reasons why I asked for posting your demo over here, aside from offering to analyse it or just being curious about what you've seen / mentioned, was, it somehow became a habit on the server to suspect or accuse advanced players for cheating while they are at least possibly not. For the record, I'm hereby not addressing especially you, Flausch, there are quite a lot more. Point is, this is to be avoided since it so spoils the atmosphere.

So please, everyone, before accusing other players, one should be 100% sure of it, otherwise please just record a demo silently, post it here or PM an ingame admin so we can discuss it, thank you.

I installed RKdemowatcher but can't switch players. Buggy on Win 7 perhaps?
So i can't watch the demo.

EDIT: Also can't switch players on demo when i select the demo from ut menu.

It's only a client side demo. Give it about a min and the demo switches to the player.
