Freezes and bad Performance in UT2004

Hey,
i hope you guys can help me out with a little hardware prob.
I have experienced some graphic freezes and general lags in UT for one month now, which is very annoying. Today UT totally freezed and crashed while i was playing (i could end it in Task Manager) In addition to that i got shock-combo lags and a general imprecise mouse feeling.
One month ago everything was fine. I had no problems in other games so far, which doesn't mean that the prob doesn't exist there, as only in ut i recognize very small changes.
What i have tried so far:
Putting out graphics card, putting back in.
Checked all cable connections.
Checked graphics card with FurMark
Checked Ram and CPU with Prime95
Checked Ram with Memtest86
---
Config is:
Win 7 64
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
i5 3570k with Noctua NH-D14
Corsair Vengeance LP 1.5v, 1600, 16GB
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 670 OC
be quiet! Straight Power E9 CM 680W
Normal Seagate 1TB Disc
Some LG DVD
In a Fractal Design R4.
---
I have no idea where to search now. It totally makes me crazy.
Could somebody give me a hint what to do / how to do try and error?
