sometimes there is a problem that I'm banned, although not done anything wrong. What could be the problem and how to get rid?

Thread is more relevant to the Reports, Bans & Appeals section than the General UT2004 category, moving it there. Beyond that, staff members handling those matters (i.e., the rules & anti-cheat enforcement team) should be able to provide you with more info regarding any administrative action that might've been taken on your nick previously and whatever reasons that might've happened for.

You haven't been banned from the server. Someone with the same game id was temporarily banned form the server and this affected you as well.

To avoid this in future you'll need to buy a copy of UT2004. We post any deals we can find here.
