Ema mentioned that the server will have a TS server, i can arrange a Ceonss room on a server for free at least till the ceonss server get up. of course if anyone is interested

Ok, then those who are interested. download the teamspeak 3 client(if you don't have it already) Here
Everything is quite simple and straightforward, when you open the client, you will see the tab bookmarks, click on it, then manage bookmarks, and then add bookmark.
I would recommend downloading this Overlay Plugin , you will find description on the download page. ingame it looks like this
