You have been banned from the server because you have been constantly leave the losing team. It is clear from your post that you do not speak English and that would explain why the in-game warnings have had no effect.

The ban has been lifted, however, should you continue to leave the losing team in future (once you have had a fair amount of time to read this), the ban will be reinstated.

Wild guess here but I think hes is perma ban on DW as well for same thing.
