Thanx Ema,

but I search 1 link to DL the package, I'll try to explain (TG help me plz):

I've 1 pal who resides in India, & when he came in the server, Hé has just enough time to download the map in course, and when it enters: time to play is finished. map after map: is discouraging ..
.. if we had the pre installed package (even without the upgrade) we will gain valuable time to get into the game.

Do you understand the technical-needs ?
