I have already seen (rarely) somes blocking volumes that do not work without rebuild, may be they are vertex-editing or copy paste from another one, or a bsp hole somewhere.

Still didn't work. I'll upload the map later so maybe someone else can look at it. For now however, I have bigger problems. See this thread:
