If you want to get the vehicles that are featured in the )o( maps

go to their forums and ask them. Often they mylevel the vehicles (embed them in the map you download). Sometimes not. They will be able to provide you with the last versions.
You can also use a cache extractor to extract the relevant files (although you could get some version mismatches in the end).
