Do you remember these guys? When there was more Punk and less "Gangsterrap"?
The Offspring / Self Esteem / 1995 ... And how they were looking. =D
And this band "311" also old and more rap are covering them.. and they do well:
311 - Self Esteem [The Offspring Cover]

Same goes for punk rock band Bad Religion's singer Greg Graffin: He's a PhD, too.
Saw BR live few years ago and was baffled: They all looked very, very conservative (Greg Graffin was even wearing a Fred Perry polo shirt

Btw I love The Offspring, too! They're kinda part of my youth

One of my fave songs (even Dexter's hair looks better in this clip ...):
and here's Bad Religion's most known song 'Punk Rock Song':

For me too.
Bad Religion and The Offspring covered eache other on a few songs.
I realy like the acustic version from "Sorrow"
And good to know, both bands are making new songs. Here is a satirical one:

Strong song! Not quite sure the former leader of the western world would like it.Miauz55555 wrote:And good to know, both bands are making new songs. Here is a satirical one:

Flat asked me the other day which CDs I had bought. I actually bought two, but the artists are very different, so I think I will post their songs separately.
The first one is the rock music album by Japanese singer Aimer. I only discovered her recently and instantly liked many songs. She has two "best selection" albums, one for pop and one for rock songs (I bought the rock one). I like that her songs include parts that I didn't expect and she has a great vocal range.
Aimer - Last Stardust
Aimer - Ninelie
Aimer- Zero
