Since CEONSS doesn't care about whitelisting anymore (or am I wrong?), there may be some Mutators that could be considered for the server now.

- CEONSS does care to remain whitelisted.
- A project to incorporate the avril kickback mechanic for online play - exactly for the gameplay improving reasons you brought up - into a variant of the latest ONSPlus run by CEONSS (101beta31) as a server-side .ini toggleable feature has been underway, but paused due to other obligations and priorities, for a while now by myself (tentatively named ONSPlus_101beta31AKB). If you're interested in helping, plz take a stab at that. TiA.
