Master server down
Both servers tracked by CEONSS' UTstatsDB now appear dead/down, as does the Gametracker.com entry for CEONSS 2.0.
Eyes in the skies.

Thanks! I noticed the Gametracker issues and posted on their forum earlier today, but didn't see that the Stats Database is also affected.
When I switched master servers today, I also disabled the GameSpy uplink because the News page of the OpenSpy master server mentions that it should be disabled manually in our server's ini. But apparently that setting is what allows Gametracker and the Stats Database to query us. I guess we will find out if this will continue to work after January 24th... (Gametracker forum posts seem to indicate that they operate independently.)
At any rate, I switched it back and now the server is showing as live again, as it should.
I have removed old CEONSS from the Database's home page.

Was there written why GameSpy uplink should be disabled, or just because gamespy is dead anyway? If not just leave it on.

Yes, they said it is disabled for OpenSpy anyway (if I understood it correctly), because it was only causing issues. I will just leave it on and then we will see what happens on Jan 24th...

Aaand we have German, French and Russian translations for the Info mutator. Hope this will be enough. I've added the mutator and Dally has confirmed that it works (changed his master server to the OpenSpy master server without any issues).
When you join CEONSS now, you will see an info text about the master server change, and can click the auto-configure button to change your installation to use the new master server.

Epic's Master Server shutdown & info on move to OpenSpy (post-Jan.24th, 2023)
Reminder: Epic's masterservers will shut down tomorrow!
Remember to add any servers you like to your Favorites before tomorrow.
If you have not changed your masterserver yet, you should also do this soon (but you can still do this after tomorrow.)
Here is how to change it manually:
Find your UT2004 folder.
Go to the “System” folder.
Find the file called UT2004.ini and open it.
Search the file for [IpDrv.MasterServerLink]. This is where the masterservers are listed with their addresses and ports.
Remove the two masterservers with "epicgame" in their names.
Add this instead: MasterServerList=(Address="utmaster.openspy.net",Port=28902)
Your section should now look like this:
[IpDrv.MasterServerLink]
LANPort=11777
LANServerPort=10777
MasterServerList=(Address="utmaster.openspy.net",Port=28902)
Save and exit.
When you join the game again, you should see "Welcome to OpenSpy".

Thanks a lot, your post helped to bring my favorite game back to life
However, once I try to join some map it stucks at the "Connecting (F10 cancels)" black screen for forever.
Do you happen to know what might be the reason?

I've been getting this bug occasionally as well. It only seems to happen for me when I had recently left the server (to go from spec to joining). It'll load once the match has started. Did you perhaps leave the server recently and rejoined shortly after?

I figured it out after spotting that standard maps like Torlan could be played. The reason is if the folder where the game is stored does not have full privileges set, the game cannot download and write any new maps into the folder. Hence it just stucks at "Connecting" for forever
