Eman, this sounds just AWESOME. Period. :D :D :D

I would be totally in with this. I could easily bring my laptot (which is *my* pc for everything), along with the ergonomic keyboard and mouse, and play with them.

I suppose that the wisest place could be Germany. We come from every corner of the europe (italy, greece, england, france, romania, etc etc) so germany could come handy for everyone because of his central position.

My only real issue could be the date. Actually I don't work and I just study at home without need to physically be at the university (so I can manage my free time easily), but I might have some concerts to do (I sing in some choirs and as a solist sometimes) and I still don't know the days, so...
Let's just try to find a (long?) weekend good for many people, and I'll try to fit in.

I believe that a long weekend could be the finest solution (friday+saturday+sunday, maybe?), that way we could have enough time to play without taking away too many time from our working fellas.

Thumbs up for Eman, however :D

Thanks for your feedback! If it had been just me interested in doing it in Germany, I would have tried to change it to a location in England to spare our British friends the hassle of driving to G. But good to know that Germany will work out for others, too. I want to try and make this possible for as many people as I can. And glad to see you are so excited about this, too (I am, toooooo!!! :D).

Actually I am  but not the kind of "Italian tenor" people usually think of ;). I'm studying as a baroque singer, and so my voice and technique are very different from the stereotypical "verdi tenor" that some people usually have in mind.

We might expand that in another thread if you want to; I don't want to hijack Eman's thread, it's already enough crowded without people starting to go off topic.

Would you join us if it's not in Hamburg, but some other (Northern) German city?

Btw: All the mods, coders and Heinz are invited, too! It's a party for all the people here. Please consider coming if you would like to join us!

Btw: Eman, this thread is not "Off topic", by all means :)
You might ask an admin to move this thread to another forum. General maybe? Or even Announcements! The event might also gain more visibility there.
