That song "Bitter Sweet Symphony" was about their most successful record, but as far as I know, they didn't earn a penny from it. The Rolling Stones
accused them of plagiarism.
Couple of really nice songs there Eman!
Can't wait to hear you play some stuff in March Funky!
Kicking back to the music...here's a timeless classic, originally by Leonard Cohen:
Play it safe, do what Droopy says..."Always double tap!"
Heard on a podcast this pretty decent little song called Dernière Danse a couple o' days ago by (relatively) new French singer and songwriter Indila. Decent lyrics, if not a tad repetitive, but its composition, instrumentation and mastering is where it truly shines IMO. And yes, it's in French, but give it a try before judging it for that; besides, I believe it's a +2 Class bonus just for having others around you hear you listening to anything in French . Anyway, enjoy:
There's an official music video for the song but I avoided posting that on purpose because it's utterly ridiculous for some reason :s.
Rofl! I can see it my head....everyone playing UT innocently....when suddenly we three pop up next to them and start singing into their ears....horribly off-key.

That would be some serenade!
Maybe we should save it for base lamers...would certainly beat the Lama treatment!
Back to a bit more 80s nostalgia...Def Leopard...any band with a 1 arm drummer has to be awesome!
Play it safe, do what Droopy says..."Always double tap!"
