Who is this?
i have an unfinished map, downloaded it from some ftp server or whatever. ONS-B3JYDRE_RIP, it was dedicated to this guy, i tried googling for him, but nothing can be found.

Probably a relative or a friend of the map author.
The author is probably the only person that could give you details. Hopefully he will have put his name/email either in a readme if you got the map as an archive or in the map if you got a .ut2 file (open the map in unrealEd, F6 to get the level properties and then check the LevelSummary sub-menu).

it only says the name of the author: blito3, so i looked it up on the net, i've found this description: "this is a small ONS map for a fellow UT player who passed away in march...I played against him many times. enjoy"
