I think the skill isn't an attribute for admin. An admin should be nice, but strict when it comes to taking care of rule breakers. An admin is available most of the times, so contacting him/her shouldn't be a problem. I think all of the admins are like this, so I guess it is nice that this server is controlled by these good admins. ^^

I agree with you. I think being a skilled player could help to gain respect from everyone, but ultimately the way the admin handles various situations and treats the other players is what matters. Good playing skills are the icing on the cake, I think.
