Close the game.
Create a new folder, for example: "MismatchFiles"
Create in your new folder the fitting folders for the files, here for example "System" and "Textures"

Search in:
UT2004/System -> HellHound.u
UT2004/System -> KingHellHound.u
Ut2004/Textures -> HellHounds.utx
Ut2004/Textures -> KingHellHound_Tex.utx

Move the files to your new folders.

Join the server.

If you have a version mismatch again, you can do it the same with that files than.
