Admins be warned!

Hey there,
not sure what happened but as of today I am no longer admin, thx to Ema.
Don't get me wrong, the reason for this post is neither me wanting back my admin position nor trying to start an uprising.

I'm just worried about one thing and one thing only: Ema (EmanReleips).
I don't want to go into details here but it is fair to say that I did not break any CEONSS rules and yet Ema has revoked my admin status pretty much over night without warning.
I don't even know the real reason for it, only the official version Ema gave me which clearly can only be a joke.

And although I couldn't care less it worries me that one single person can decide such things without a vote or anything similar going on between the admins beforehand.
Or have all the other admins already made their peace with the fact that Ema is superior and can do whatever she likes whenever she likes?

So for all potential future applicants: Better do not get involved with CEONSS management/administration whatsoever!
Just play the game and let the idi*** 'manage' stuff in their little toxic bubble.

By the way: This is exactly how LDG (Racing/Assault server) went down. One person with too much power abusing it for the worse of the server and its community.
So better don't expect any new maps or vehicles from me in the future. CEONSS will pretty much stay like it is now until it goes down like LDG has. Only a matter of time.

And since this post doesn't break CEONSS rules either (I've checked) it can not be a subject to deletion.

The reason why I removed you as an admin is that for several months, we have had many discussions about you not wanting to follow server procedures. Furthermore, you have demonstrated several times that you do not respect my opinion as a server owner. When I give someone admin rights, I have to trust that they will administrate the server in a certain way. As the owner, I am ultimately responsible for your actions as well. After giving you a clear warning about this several days ago, you reacted with insults, which basically just showed me that the basis for a respectful cooperation is gone.

I have tried to end our admin relationship respectfully, but instead you have involved the community here and also texted insults about me to my husband. I have no idea why you think this will help your case.

I will leave this post here and let the others arrive at their own conclusion.

We talked about every issue regarding the server (still having the chat logs here). Although we sometimes had different opinions on subjects I never had the feeling you held a really big grudge in secret, you never shared that - good communication on your end.

Yes, the proper way is called RULES. And I have always administrated according to CEONSS rules. But I guess you just wanted someone who mimics you in every possible way - too bad, I can't give you that.

So in conclusion:
I think you just made a giant mountain out of a molehill. If you would have communicated that this is such a big problem for you, we easily could have figured this out and would have come to an agreement. But I guess that is what life is about, anticipating the things that really happen instead.
Overall I'm totally ok with me not beeing an admin anymore. I really do not mind at all since it honestly means less work and time spent in general. So all good there. But you could have communicated the whole thing A LOT better.
Some of your critic is totally fine, I give you that. Sure, some things should have done and said differently by my side, too. But it really felt like a betrayal to me. A stab in the back if you will.

Here just for you:
Removing someone as admin because he or she did add bots to 1 match for 10 seconds in order to test something (and removing them right after) is considered:
a) childish behaviour. Thats why I told you that I don't want to put up with this kindergarden stuff. But I forgot that you only turned 5 years old last week, my bad.
b) a sign that you have issues in real life since you are looking for trouble in a game where no trouble has occured. Thats where my point of looking for others for starting fights than me is coming from.
c) a sign for you having other issues with that person but not telling him or her about them which indicates really bad communication skills.
d) a sign for psychological disorders like beeing a control freak, not able bearing the thought of seeing someone not following your orders on point.

Yes I was tired of this. Still am as a matter of fact. This whole thing is so ridiculous and childish and you know that.
And yes I do not care about my admin status but a simple and yet reasonable explanation would have been a fair thing to do instead of just removing me over night don't you think?

I'm not sure what you expected to happen here.

a) How about you consulting other admins asking them if it really is a valid reason to boot someone (or to get their general opinion on the subject) instead of acting like another dictator the world doesn't need?
b) How about you communicate the problem to those involved in order to find a solution instead of acting like another dictator the world doesn't need?
c) How about you edit and publish new CEONSS rules before applying them to anyone instead of acting like another dictator the world doesn't need?

There you go, three possible solutions within 5 minutes. Was that so difficult that I had to do your work?

I wasn't surprised about my admin status. I was just surprised to see you acting like such a bit**. I have never seen you like this before.
But at least you have revealed your true face now. Better late than never right?
I now know that I do not want to have anything to do with you ever again and for that I should be grateful.
