That's it, sorry, wasn't aware of the exact date would ever be of this interest :)

8:34 pm, don't get fuzzy, man! Took me quite a bit to find out even the exact time, I'm sure of it now :p

Cheers :)

Hah.
Yeah, still have this PM of yours stored here, too. Even another one dated September 14th

I'd be interested in going, wherever it is, and probably ideal to have it on the weekend for me too. Hopefully I have a different damn job by then but I can always request holidays for the closest weekend.

Sweet! Any preferred country?

We have the biggest player base is Germany, England (or UK) and the NL, as far as I can tell. So it's probably a good idea to do it in one of those countries. We already had Germany, so maybe one of the others now.

Cat, any chance of you attending? Would be sad to have a party for CEONSS without the big boss!

After the experience last time, I'm definitely up for this . As long as it takes place in Europe or the UK, September- October, I'm all good. Would be cool to meet other players and those who attended last time :). Depending on how many people can come, it won't be as easy to say everybody round this persons house, so we are going to have to get our thinking caps on. :tada:

Not really got a preferred country, I don't mind where it is. Admittedly, doing it in England would be more convenient for me because it's just a train ride but, yeah, I don't care either way.

That's great to hear, you two! I was hoping the old gang was going to get together again for this occasion. Unfortunately Ani and Dubby have let me know that they probably can't make it if it's in the UK.

How about the other peeps here, especially those mysterious mod people? Peg, Ten, Cat, Golly?

But yes, Funky, we will need to figure something out for the location. Anyone knows a good, cheap place?
Ideally I want to have a rough number for the attendants down so that we know how big it needs to be and how much it would cost us per person.

So speak up if you are interested!

Just saw this thread...Anik drew my attention to it. Not been able to get online to play for quite some time so I would really be up for another LAN party...hopefully my skills have not degraded further than they already were!

Ah the nostalgia...so back in 2009 when I began playing on CEONSS the server had only just started? Wow, didn't realise.

Anyway...off to see if Greece can score against Costa Rica...I think it will go to penalties...

Great to hear from you again, Xac!

It's nice to see that the "old gang" is up for it again, although I'm still hoping we will recruit some "newbies" along the way, too. ;)

Okay, does anyone know any good venues? Maybe even a place where you've attended a LAN party already and that proved to be good (except for my house)?
